The ECHL's Cincinnati Cyclones, basically an A-ball team shared by the Nashville Predators and Florida Panthers, is all set to wear the above Captain America-themed jerseys as part of their joint "Military Appreciation Night/Superhero Night" (not sure why they couldn't be two different nights, but OK).

And as one Redditor points out, these jerseys are just the latest example of a minor league design Team USA would be better off wearing at Sochi.
