Lions, Seahawks lead the list of NFL teams with the most overpriced beer

Forbes has come out with a list of the 10 NFL teams who overcharge the most for beer in their stadium. The magazine based its study on the price of a stadium beer vs. the price of beer at a local grocery store.

Forbes has come out with a list of the 10 NFL teams who overcharge the most for beer in their stadium, and it looks like fans of the Detroit Lions have yet another reason to be angry.

Despite having not won a playoff game since 1991, Detroit puts a 765% markup on its cheapest beer option, coming in just above the Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks, who place a 710% increase on the cost of a 16 oz. draft.

The top five is rounded out by the Oakland Raiders (693% markup), Chicago Bears (680%), and Indianapolis Colts (649%).

The cash cow that is the Dallas Cowboys comes in 10th, helped out in large part by having the highest average grocery store price in the top ten.
