Bills' Kiko Alonso used the snow to help him rehab his knee

The lake effect snowstorm in Western New York has turned Buffalo into a disaster area, but Bills linebacker Kiko Alonso has found a way to use it to his advantage.

Alonso isn't playing this season after tearing his ACL in July. Instead, he's working hard to rehab the injury and come back strong next year.

The Buffalo snowstorm is really causing problems for the Bills

The traditional post-workout recovery method athletes prefer is an ice bath, but with feet of frozen water piling up outside his door, Alonso decided to try something different.
