Indians fans are petrified of the SI cover jinx

The Cleveland Indians are featured on one of four Sports Illustrated covers this week and Tribe fans are scared to death of the cover jinx.

The Indians are featured on one of four Sports Illustrated covers this week as the World Series favorites. This is not welcome news in Cleveland. 

In 1987, when the Indians were SI's preseason pick, they finished with the worst record in baseball (61-101). So Tribe fans are scared to death of the cover jinx. Sorry.
