Memphis baseball fans are distraught they can't get ribs nachos anymore

The citizens of Memphis have suffered a great injustice. The Memphis Redbirds, the Cardinals' Triple A affiliate, will no longer sell the BBQ nachos from The Rendezvous, a local rib joint.
Instead, the team has been serving its own BBQ nachos, which have not been met with good reviews.
Shoutout to the @memphisredbirds for apparently replacing the pulled pork in their BBQ nachos with beef jerky.

@memphisredbirds Terrible decision to drop @Rendezvous_Ribs nachos. You can't fool Memphis folks on BBQ. Only one Rendezvous.

@memphisredbirds Please know that a serious mistake has been made. The BBQ was terrible. We need our @Rendezvous_Ribs nachos back.

The controversy is significant enough to warrant a segment on the local news.
"It seems like the Redbirds want to do their food in house and do their BBQ in-house," Rendezvous co-owner John Vergos told Local 24 News. "Of course, we wish them the best."

The good news for Memphians who disregard their cardiovascular health is the nachos are still available at the FedEx Forum, so let's hope the Grizzlies make a long playoff run.
