The Rock officiates Nick Mundy's surprise wedding
Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson officiated his friend Nick Mundy's surprise wedding, as captured in an episode of Screen Junkies.
Mundy is told he is working on a comedy bit for The Rock to star in, then is led to a room where Johnson is waiting with Mundy's fiance, family and friends, who have flown in for the wedding.
Johnson apparently became ordained for the purpose of officiating Mundy's wedding, showing real commitment on his part.
In addition to Screen Junkies, Mundy stars in Comedy Central's Nothing to Report. The Rock, of course is a professional wrestler-turned movie star.
Mundy an Johnson's relationship began in 2013, when the pair met as part of a Screen Junkies video called "Superfan of The Rock Does Worst Interview Ever." The duo has stayed in touch ever since.
