BIOGRAPHY: Junior-year totals included 49/17/18.5 when he became a full-time starter. Totaled 35/13/11 as a sophomore in five starts.

POSITIVES: Explosive college pass-rusher who makes a lot of plays behind the line of scrimmage. Displays terrific first-step quickness and plays with good pad level and balance. Rarely off his feet, keeps driving up the field, and effectively uses his hands to protect himself. Easily moves about the field in every direction and immediately alters his angle of attack to make plays down the line of scrimmage. Shows great body control and the ability to stay within pass-rush angles. Slides off blocks laterally and works hard to make plays.

NEGATIVES: Struggles going up against big linemen and can be a liability defending the run. Weighed in 10 pounds heavier than expected at the combine and ran a poor 40 time.

ANALYSIS: Harvey is a nice-sized athlete with the tools to be a difference-maker at the next level. He must physically mature, improve his playing strength, and keep developing his speed, yet he offers a large degree of upside potential.
