POSITIVES: Hard-charging college defender with limited upside. Displays improved awareness and instincts, quickly finds the ball, and plays with good pad level. Chases hard to get involved, quickly changes direction, and remains disciplined with assignments. Effectively uses his hands to protect himself.

NEGATIVES: Does not get depth on drops, struggles in coverage, and usually a half-step late. Minimal speed to the flanks.

ANALYSIS: Humpal showed major improvement in his game last season and gets the most from his marginal physical skills. May have an opportunity at the next level as a backup on the strong side and a special teams player.
