Kiawah Island (S.C.) Resort's Ocean Course is once again poised to host the PGA Championship. Last held on the oceanfront links-style course designed by Alice and Pete Dye in 2012, the PGA brings together the world's best players — and top PGA professionals.

The demanding Ocean Course, which also hosted the 1991 Ryder Cup, poses a stern challenge for the field. The multi-directional winds and subtropical climate will add add to the testy conditions, so players will need to feel as comfortable with what they’re wearing as they are choosing which club to hit. Take a look at some of the outfits you will see throughout the week. 


Abraham Ancer: Black Quail / Graphic Illustration: Black Quail

Winning look: Friday
The Pumpjack polo from Black Quail’s Spindletop collection pays homage to the 1901 oil gusher discovered in Beaumont, Texas. The well produced almost 1 million barrels of oil in its first 10 days, propelling the United States into the Age of Oil. On the polo is a scattered graphic print of a miner’s pickaxe and oil wells. Ancer will wear with Ghost performance trousers and a navy braided belt.

Just like Christiaan Bezuidenhout, his Sunday outfit is in stealth mode. The subtle diamond-geo print will be paired with black pants, layers and accessories. This is a great way to close out a week full of prints that show a new traditional approach to assembling a modern outfit that remains true to golf's history.

DeChambeau will be taking on a cool breezy blue look for the PGA Championship that compliments The Ocean course setting on Kiawah Island, South Carolina. A staple style that is easy to pair, he’ll be sporting the shoe all four days of the PGA Championship in multiple colorways.
