World Series Champion Texas Rangers Playing In At Least 12 Nationally-Televised Games

More nationally televised games on ESPN and FOX or FS1 could be added to the Texas Rangers' schedule as the season progresses.

The World Champion Texas Rangers will play at least 12 nationally-televised games on ESPN, FOX (KDFW/Ch. 4) and FS1. More games could be added as the season progresses.

Texas Rangers 2024 nationally-televised games

(Rangers games airing on ESPN and FOX/FS1, with the potential addition of more later in the season)

  • March 28 vs. Chicago Cubs: ESPN National Exclusive, 6:35 p.m.
  • April 1 at Tampa Bay Rays: FS1, Co-Exist with local television, 5:50 p.m.
  • April 7 vs. Houston Astros: ESPN National Exclusive, 6:10 p.m.
  • April 13 at Houston Astros: FS1, Co-Exist with local television, 3:05 p.m.
  • April 21 at Atlanta Braves: ESPN National Exclusive, 6:10 p.m.
  • April 27 vs. Cincinnati Reds: FOX National Exclusive, 3:05 p.m.
  • May 18 vs. Los Angeles Angels: FOX National Exclusive, 6:15 p.m.
  • June 15 at Seattle Mariners: FOX National Exclusive, 6:15 p.m.
  • June 29 at Baltimore Orioles: FOX National Exclusive, 6:15 p.m.
  • August 12 at Boston: ESPN National Exclusive, 6:10 p.m.
  • August 15 vs. Minnesota Twins: FS1 Co-Exist with local television, 7:05 p.m.
  • September 7 vs. Los Angeles Angels: FOX National Exclusive, 6:15 p.m.

Start times for weekday home games in 2024 have been moved up to 1:05 p.m. from 1:35 p.m. in 2023. Texas hosts three Wednesday and six Thursday matinees in 2024. The club made the change to be consistent with the 12 1:35 p.m. Sunday starts. 

The lone exception to the weekday start times is the Opening Day game against the Chicago Cubs on March 28. That game will start at 6:35 p.m. and sir on ESPN.

All other Monday through Friday games start at 7:05 p.m.

The Rangers are awaiting a ruling in the Bally Sports bankruptcy case to learn who will air their games in 2024.
