Brock Lesnar suspended for one year, fined $250,000 after failing drug tests
Brock Lesnar has been hit with a one-year suspension and a $250,000 fine by UFC.
Former UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar was hit with a one-year suspension by the Nevada Athletic Commission after failing two drug tests in the lead up to his fight at UFC 200 against Mark Hunt on July 9. Lesnar will also pay a $250,000 fine,
Lesnar, 39, tested positive for the anti-estrogenic agent Hydroxy-clomiphene in an out-of-competition U.S. Anti-Doping Agency drug test on June 28 and in an in-competition test on the day of the fight.

Lesnar defeated Hunt by unanimous decision and was paid $2.5 million for his victory.
He will be eligible to return to competition in July 2017. He will also likely to receive a similar suspension from the USADA.
