Fox Sports reporter Erin Andrews has settled her lawsuit against the owner of the Nashville hotel where she was filmed in her room without her consent in 2008.
“This litigation is over,” Randall Kinndard, who is a lawyer at the firm that represented Andrews, told The Tennessean. “Erin Andrews is satisfied with the settlement, the terms of which are confidential.”
In March, Andrews was awarded $55 million as part of her civil lawsuit. A jury ruled that the stalker who filmed Andrews owed $28 million, and West End Hotel Partners and Windsor Capital Group, the owner and operator of the Marriott at which she stayed, owed $27 million.
