The injury is a "moderate" sprained right ankle, according to Mark Medina of the Los Angeles Daily News. Young is listed as questionable for Tuesday's home game against the Washington Wizards.
Young played only eight minutes in Sunday's 99-87 home loss to the Houston Rockets. Afterward, Lakers coach Byron Scott said, "It looked to me that he didn't want to be here," according to Baxter Holmes of ESPN.
