Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr said that Stephen Curry will play in Monday’s Game 4 against the Trail Blazers if “all goes well in his warmup.” On Sunday, Kerr had called Curry “doubtful.”
Kerr would not say whether or not Curry was starting on Monday.
“He’s not really under a minutes restriction from the training staff,” Kerr said. “It’s more what he can handle conditioning-wise.”
Curry missed the Warriors’ 120–108 Game 3 loss to Portland on Saturday with a sprained right knee that has kept him sidelined since April 24.
Curry said his two-on-two workout before Game 3 went well, and received a platelet-rich plasma treatment on Tuesday.
