Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green will not be given a flagrant foul for tripping Oklahoma City Thunder center Enes Kantar during Game 4 of the Western Conference finals on Tuesday night, reports Sam Amick of USA Today Sports.

Had the league decided to upgrade the trip to a Flagrant 1, Green would have been suspended for Game 5 on Thursday night. Green would have exceed the NBA’s limit for playoff flagrant penalty points after he was given a Flagrant 2 and fined $25,000 for kicking Steven Adams in the groin during Game 3.

The Warriors currently trail the Thunder 3–1 in the series and will look to defeat Oklahoma City at home in Game 5.

Tip-off for Game 5 will be at 9 p.m. ET.
