The Wizards and Lakers are “not expected” to land a meeting with free agent forward Kevin Durant this summer, USA Today’s Sam Amick reports.

Golden State, San Antonio and Oklahoma City reportedly set meetings with Durant on Friday night.

The 27-year-old Durant, who has spent his entire nine-year career with the Thunder, is the most coveted player available this off-season. There is a laundry list of teams, including Boston and New York, that are hoping to land a meeting with him.

According to Amick, the Knicks are now “on Durant’s radar” with the acquisition of Derrick Rose, though it’s unclear if they will secure a meeting. After the Rose trade, team president Phil Jackson reportedly told Rose that the team would make a push for Durant.

Durant, who as recently as last week was reported to be leaning toward re-signing with the Thunder, can begin to meet with teams when free agency begins on July 1. Those meetings will take place in Los Angeles.

The seven-time All Star has averaged 27.4 points per game over his professional career, and was named the league’s MVP following the 2013–14 season.
