New York Giants first-round pick Odell Beckham Jr. has not been practicing with the team due to a lingering hamstring strain originally sustained during organized team activities earlier in the summer. But on Wednesday, Giants head coach Tom Coughlin, said that Beckham is "getting close" to returning to practice, according to a report from NJ.com

Before practice Coughlin said, "Sounds like he's getting close. They have him doing a lot of things. They're going to push him to do a little bit more today and then they are going to get a quarterback to throw to him and see how that goes too. So he's getting close."
