Bears wideouts Alshon Jeffery, Eddie Royal questionable for Week 6
The Chicago Bears are listing wide receivers Alshon Jeffery and Eddie Royal as questionable for their Week 6 matchup with the Detroit Lions.
Jeffery hasn’t played since Week 1 after tweaking his hamstring in practice following the team’s season-opening loss to the Packers. He told reporters Thursday that the injury felt “a lot better than last week.”
Royal (ankle) practiced on Thursday for the first time since playing against the Raiders on Oct. 4, and his Week 6 outlook is also looking brighter than last week.
Wideout Marquess Wilson has seen an increased amount of targets in their absence.
Tight end Martellus Bennett also missed practice on Friday due to a quadriceps injury and is listed is questionable.
The Bears (2–3) visit the Lions (0–5) at 1 p.m. ET Sunday.
