Report: Lions WR Calvin Johnson (ankle) expected to play vs. Packers
Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson is expected to play in Thursday night’s game against the Green Bay Packers, reports Albert Breer of the NFL Network.
Johnson’s ankle has been bothering him since Week 8, but he has yet to miss a game. He was limited in practice on Monday after catching three touchdowns in last Thursday’s 45–14 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles, and he sat out of practice on Tuesday.

Johnson has six touchdowns on 67 catches on the year for 921 yards.
Fellow receiver Lance Moore is the only player officially ruled out of Thursday’s contest after he suffered an ankle injury against the Eagles on Thanksgiving.
Kicker Matt Prater is also expected to play as the Lions go for their first season sweep of the Packers since 1991.
