The Cleveland Browns have namedJohnny Manziel their starting quarterback for Week 14.

Austin Davis started in place of the injured Josh McCown in the Browns’ last game, a 37–3 loss to the Bengals. Manziel was meant to become the team’s permanent starter two weeks ago, but was benched after video surfaced of him partying during the team’s bye week.

Manziel entered a treatment facility earlier this year, and was also stopped by police in October during a domestic incident which involved alcohol. On Sunday, it was reported that Manziel was in line to regain his starting job, as long as he met certain conditions.
