Vikings RB Adrian Peterson (ankle) probable Sunday vs. Giants
Peterson injured his ankle against the Bears last weekend.
Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson is probable for Sunday's game against the New York Giants, according to NFL Media's Ian Rapoport.
Peterson, who is nursing an ankle injury, practiced in full on Friday after sitting out two days of practice earlier this week. He injured his ankle during last week's win over the Chicago Bears, and he left the game momentarily before returning.
Peterson has started all 14 games this year, rushing for 1,314 yards and nine touchdowns.
The Vikings are 9–5, and they can clinch a playoff spot with a win this weekend.
The Vikings and Giants will kick off at 8:30 p.m. ET on Sunday.
