Baldwin, who was listed as a game-time decision, did not practice on Wednesday or Thursday before returning on Friday.
Andre Ellington | RB, Cardinals
Toe, Active
Ellington will play for the first time since Nov. 29.
T.J. Yeldon | RB, Jaguars
Knee, Inactive
As expected, Yeldon will miss his second straight game. Denard Robinson gets the start in his place.

Hamstring, Inactive
Wideout Eddie Royal, who has been dealing with a knee injury, will go, and Josh Bellamy will get the start opposite him.
Drew Brees | QB, Saints
Foot, Active
Brees is dealing with a torn plantar fascia but will start against the Jaguars.
Brandon LaFell | WR, Patriots
Foot, Active
LaFell, along with tight end Scott Chandler, will play against the Jets.
Duke Johnson | RB, Browns
Hamstring, Active
He was limited in practice on Thursday and listed as questionable.
