2016 NFL draft order: Titans clinch No. 1 pick, Browns second
As of Sunday at 4 p.m ET, the top three picks in the 2016 NFL draft belong to the Titans, Browns and Chargers, in that order.
The Tennessee Titans have clinched the first pick in the 2016 draft after falling to the Indianapolis Colts 30–24 in Week 17.
As of 8 p.m. ET on Sunday, the top three picks belong to the Titans, Browns and Cowboys, in that order. The Titans and Browns both finished the season 3–13, but Tennessee will get the first pick due to the strength of schedule tiebreaker. The Chargers clinched the third pick by losing to the Broncos on Sunday afternoon.The order for the final 12 picks will be determined by the outcome of the playoffs.
The draft begins on April 28 in Chicago.
