The 2015 regular season is over, and for amateur scouts and forward-thinking NFL fans alike, it’s time to study up for draft season with the On the Clock NFL Draft Podcast, a weekly look at the prospects of the 2016 draft and the NFL teams most in need of their services.

The order of the first 20 picks of the draft is set, and the talent pool is taking shape as more underclassmen announce their decisions to go pro. On this week’s episode, Tom Gower of TotalTitans.com joins the show to discuss what Tennessee might do with that top pick to supplement franchise quarterback Marcus Mariota, the No. 2 pick in last year’s draft. Then we take a deeper look at Ohio State’s nine underclassmen who have declared for the draft so far and what NFL teams should make of redshirt sophomores who consider leaving early. The show wraps up with the first positional rankings of the off-season: the top five tight ends in the 2016 class.
