The Eagles traded their No. 8 pick plus a third- and fourth-round pick in this year’s draft to the Cleveland Browns for the right to pick second. Philadelphia also sent the Browns a first-round pick in next year’s draft and a second-round pick in 2018.

The Los Angeles Rams will pick before the Eagles and are also expected to select a quarterback, likely either Wentz or Cal quarterback Jared Goff.
