Brandon Gaudin and Charles Davis will be calling the games in Madden NFL 17, EA Tiburon announced Wednesday.
Gaudin will do play-by-play, while Davis will voice the color commentary and game analysis. The pair replaces Jim Nantz and Phil Simms, who previously called games on the EA Sports product.
Gaudin, who has been the voice of the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets since 2013, will serve as a play-by-play announcer on the Big Ten Network beginning this fall. Gaudin will also be the the lead college football play-by-play announcer for Westwood One Sports.
Davis is a veteran broadcaster who currently provides analysis on both the NFL Network and NFL on Fox. He was the longtime lead game analyst for Fox Sports’ college football coverage before moving to NFL full-time beginning in the 2015 season.
Madden NFL 17 is set to be released on August 23.
