San Diego Chargers receiver Keenan Allen was injured during Sunday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Allen was carted off the field with a right knee injury and ruled out for the rest of the game.

Allen was one of several notable players injured during Sunday’s action.

Houston Texans linebacker Brian Cushing was also carted off with an apparent knee injury.

A full list of the injuries we’re tracking is below.

Keenan Allen, Chargers — Knee, did not return

Allen, who recorded 67 catches for 725 yards in just eight games last season, was emotional as he left the field.

Brian Cushing, Texans — Knee, did not return

Cushing will miss six weeks with an MCL tear, NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reports, though he will not need surgery. He started every game at middle linebacker for the Texans last year.

Russell Wilson, Seahawks — Ankle

Wilson has a "significant" right ankle injury and his availability to play in Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Rams has been put into question, reports Rapoport. Wilson did not miss a snap after sustaining the injury in the third quarter on a sack by Dolphins defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh.

Delvin Breaux, Saints — Leg, did not return

Breaux was helped off by trainers before being taken to the locker room on a cart. The team fears a broken fibula.

Evan Mathis, Cardinals — Ankle

The guard was carted off the field after a pile of players fell on his ankle.

Theo Riddick, Lions — Head, returned

The speedy running back was taken into the locker room to be tested for a concussion but later returned to score his second touchdown of the game.

Patrick Robinson, Colts — Head, did not return

Robinson was diagnosed with a concussion late in the second quarter.

Menelik Watson, Raiders — Groin, questionable

Watson, an offensive lineman, missed all of last season after tearing his Achilles tendon.

Mario Williams, Dolphins — Head, did not return

The defensive end sustained a concussion in a loss to the Seahawks.

Cordy Glenn, Bills — Ankle, did not return

Cyrus Kouandijo replaced Glenn at left tackle.

Matt McCants, Raiders — Leg

After the Raiders already lost Menelik Watson, right tackle McCants also went down.
