Bears place WR Kevin White (ankle) on injured reserve
Kevin White will miss at least eight weeks for the Bears.
The Chicago Bears have placed wide receiver Kevin White on injured reserve with a high ankle sprain and fracture, according to NFL Media's Ian Rapoport.
White would be eligible to return in eight weeks. General manager Ryan Pace noted that a decision on whether White will undergo surgery has not yet been made.
The injury occurred as he completed a five-yard pass and was hit by Lions defender Glover Quin in the Bears 17–14 win.

White has recorded 19 catches for 187 yards through four games on the year. He missed his rookie campaign last year after undergoing surgery to repair a stress fracture in his left leg.
The Bears will play the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday.
