NASHVILLE — The Tennessee Titans' injury report isn't ''War & Peace'' long, but it's not far off. With a half dozen starters out — including rookie quarterback Will Levis — the Titans are underdogs on Sunday when they host the Seattle Seahawks at Nissan Stadium.

Seattle, still very much in NFC playoff contention with its 7-7 record, is a 3.5-point favorite as of Sunday morning, according to the SISportsbook.com gambling website. The over/under is 41.5. The line opened at 2.5, but has been going up a tick the past few days with all of the Tennessee injury news.

Levis injured his ankle at the end of last Sunday's loss to Houston, and even though he's tried to practice this week, reports are out that he's just not ready to go on Sunday. Veteran Ryan Tannehill, who started the first six games this season, will get the call with Levis not able to go.

Tennessee is 4-2 at home this season. They won the first four — three of them as underdogs — but have lost the last two in overtime to Indianapolis and Houston, all while missing an extra point in regulation in both games. The Titans are 5-9 on the season, and have been eliminated from the playoffs.

Last week was just the third time all year that the Titans were a favorite, and they've only won one of those three games. So maybe being an underdog isn't just a bad thing. I wonder about the Titans' motivation though, after being knocked out of the playoffs and staring at a lineup full of new faces.

Here's what the Titans have done against the spread so far this season:
