Forward David Perron has been on a bit of a hot streak since being traded from the Pittsburgh Penguins to the Anaheim Ducks.
He has eight points through his first nine games and added another by finishing on a pretty tic-tac-toe play to open the scoring against the Columbus Blue Jackets on Thursday night.
Deep in the Columbus zone, Perron, Ryan Getzlaf and Chris Stewart worked the triangle to near perfection. It’s not hard to see why the Ducks have put their scoring troubles behind them.
