Jacob deGrom Faces Red-Hot Phillies

Plus, NFL preseason action continues.

Since coming back from his injury, Jacob deGrom has been must-see TV and that’s especially the case when he’s facing a lineup as hot as the Phillies’ has been. But before that game gets underway, there’s some intriguing Premier League action and you can keep an eye on some QB battles in NFL preseason games.

Philadelphia Phillies at New York Mets

Jacob deGrom

The Phillies have been one of the hottest teams in baseball since firing Joe Girardi. And, after beating Sandy Alcantara earlier this week, they’ll get a crack at another one of baseball’s best arms in Jacob deGrom. Though the Phillies might be too far back at this point to catch the first-place Mets, they are in the thick of the NL wild-card race.
