Mick White LEAWOOD, KANS. > Swimming Mick, a senior at Rockhurst High, won the 200-yard freestyle (1:39.54) for the second year in a row plus the 100 butterfly (50.34) at the Missouri state championships, earning athlete of the meet honors and helping his team take its sixth straight title. He was also on the 4×50 (1:24.62) and 4×100 free relay teams (3:05.14), which set state records. Brittney Jackson MAPLEWOOD, N.J. > Track and Field Brittney, a senior at Columbia High, won the 3,200- (12:20.20) and 1,600-meter races (5:29.10) as well as the high jump (5'4") to lead the Cougars to the American Division title at the Super Essex Conference indoor championships.
