Brooklyn guitarist Dave Mena isn't a boxing fan, but after watching a few YouTube clips at a friend's urging, he found musical motivation in an unlikely source: Mike Tyson. Cobbling together lyrics from the pugilist's long history of often-nonsensical ramblings (the chorus employs the 2002 malapropism, "I guess I'll fade into Bolivian"), Mena, 28, had his first Web hit, aptly titled Mike Tyson Quotes: The Song. "It was meant as a tribute," Mena says of the tune, which can be downloaded at justdavemusic.bandcamp.com, "not to poke fun at him. So here's to Mike Tyson."
