Kenyan-born marathoner Lornah Kiplagat (right), who moved to the Netherlands in 1999 and has run for that country since 2003, is funding through her foundation a 400-meter tartan track in Iten, Kenya. It will be just the third all-weather track in the country and the centerpiece of the Lornah Kiplagat Sports Academy for underprivileged girls.
