Great point, John. Before, Tiger relentlessly played Ben Hogan golf—always hitting the shot that was called for. He got away from that last year, presumably because he didn't trust his swing. That's not Tiger.
Tiger's golf IQ is very high. We should remember that the trajectory of his golfing life has been one of chasing constant improvement.

Yes. Rory is going to have a monster year with six or seven victories and at least one major. He has it all figured out—golf, life, all of it. I can't wait to watch the kid play.
Well, I'm very skeptical of Rory and his new equipment (page 25). You have the biggest year of your life, and you change everything, even the ball? You're asking for trouble. Graeme McDowell did that after he won the  U.S. Open, and it set him back.
