Tennessee has one of the most potent offenses in all of college football with new quarterback Nico Iamaleava. After hanging 69 points on FCS foe Chattanooga, the Vols will face its first test of the season in North Carolina State on a semi-neutral field in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Tennessee and NC State are one of the headliners of a loaded Week 1 that features Texas heading to Ann Arbor, Michigan to face the defending National Champions Wolverines in a potential College Football Playoff preview.
