Floyd Mayweather has a chance of making history, if he wins Saturday night's fight against UFC star Conor McGregor at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Mayweather has the chance to beat Rocky Marciano's 49–0 record. His current record stands at 49 victories with 26 knockouts and no losses.

Rocky Marciano Jr. believes that the upcoming match should not count toward Mayweather's record but the fight is a sanctioned boxing match. Mayweather is currently the odds-on favorite to win.

He has fought professionally since 1996. Mayweather's last victory came against Andre Berto on Sept. 12, 2015. Mayweather retired but is heading back into the ring for the first time in two years.
