Tyson Fury improved to 34-0-1 after earning a split-decision win over Francis Ngannou at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Boxing fans were stunned after Tyson Fury earned a controversial split-decision win over Francis Ngannou at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Ngannou, who was making his boxing debut, took Fury the distance. The former UFC champion looked ready to hand Fury, the WBC heavyweight champion, his first career loss. The victory appeared in hand, especially after he sent Fury to the mat in the third round with a vicious left hook, earning the only knock down in the fight.

However, the scorecards told a different story, as the judges official cards read as: 95-94 Ngannou, 96-94 Fury and 95-94 Fury. 

Boxing fans were not happy to see Fury, who was a -1200 betting favorite, improve to 34-0-1 in his career.
