In this story:

The University of Iowa held its 2024 graduation ceremonies over the weekend but one of the school's biggest stars in the history of its sports programs, basketball legend Caitlin Clark, was unable to attend.

Clark, who led the Hawkeyes to the NCAA title game last month, is busy getting ready for her highly anticipated WNBA debut on Tuesday night and couldn't make the trip back to Iowa City to collect her diploma.

Clark's WNBA career starts Tuesday night with a road game against the Connecticut Sun at 8 p.m., which will be shown on ESPN.
