Former Baylor defensive end Shawn Oakman was accused of assault by an ex-girlfriend in 2013, according to a police report obtained by Rivals.com reporter Alex Dunlap.

The police report accuses Oakman of grabbing the alleged victim and pushing her into a wall. The two continued to argue, and Oakman continued to shove her into things, according to the report.

Dunlap reports Baylor knew about the incident but decided not to discipline Oakman. The alleged victim declined to press charges when speaking to police.

On Tuesday, Yahoo! Sports reported there was “no indication” that the police informed Baylor of the incident, though a police spokesperson acknowledged that if the police did contact the school, the communication would not have been required to be logged in the incident report.

• Report: Baylor took two years to look into sex assault claim against Elliott

Baylor has come under intense scrutiny for its handling of criminal cases regarding football players, particularly sexual assault. Oakman was arrested for a sexual assault charge earlier this month, making him the third Baylor player in the last four years to be arrested for rape.

Former Baylor players Tevin Elliott and Sam Ukwuachu were both convicted of rape in separate trials in January 2014 and last August, respectively.

Baylor is currently the subject of a Title IX lawsuit regarding the Elliott case, with his victim accusing the school of being indifferent to her sexual assault claims. Ukwuachu was cleared by a school investigation of any wrongdoing before his conviction in court.

Oakman is currently a prospect for the upcoming NFL draft.
