The Indiana freshman demonstrates how he got the nickname ''Air Gordon'' as he throws one down against Michigan State. The freshman phenom is a fan favorite, leading the Hoosiers in scoring with 21.4 points per game.
Stephen Curry, Davidson
In his sophomore year at Davidson, Curry is leading the Wildcats with 25.3 points and 4.8 rebounds per game, including a 41-point explosion at UNC Greensboro.
Jerryd Bayless, Arizona
In a freshman class that includes Michael Beasley, Kevin Love and O.J. Mayo, the 6-3 freshman has been somewhat overlooked. But in Tuscon, Jerryd Bayless has become the face of the Wildcats offense, averaging 20.4 points and 4.3 assists.
D.J. White, Indiana
The senior's inside presence, along with his season average of 17 points and10.4 rebounds, complements the all-around game of Eric Gordon quite nicely, allowing both to get open looks.
Luke Harangody, Notre Dame
The 6-8, 250-pound sophomore has been banging the boards the entire season, leading the Irish in points (21.1) and rebounds (10.5) and building a solid campaign for conference player of the year honors.
A.J. Price, Connecticut
After a lackluster sophomore season, Price has exploded on the Big East scene -- the Huskies guard is putting up 15 points and dishing out six assists a game.
Shan Foster, Vanderbilt
The 6-foot-6 senior is a major reason for Vanderbilt's success, as he has proven to be the Commodore's most consistent scorer, averaging 19.8 points and five rebounds per contest.
Jason Thompson, Rider
The 6-11 big man has led Rider with 20.2 points and 11.8 rebounds, and has recently drawn interest from NBA scouts.
Tyler Smith, Tennessee
In one of the best games of the season, Smith led the Volunteers in scoring with 16 points and added six rebounds as Tennessee knocked off previously unbeaten and then top-ranked Memphis Tigers.
Brook Lopez, Stanford
