Source: Oklahoma's Griffin cleared to play
Oklahoma sophomore Blake Griffin will be available to play Saturday against Texas Tech, a source told SI.com's Seth Davis.
The Sooners' leading scorer and rebounder suffered a concussion last Saturday against Texas. Griffin sat on the bench on Monday as the team fell to No. 15 Kansas, 87-78. During the game he looked agitated, often covering his ears when the crowd noise grew too loud.
Griffin averages 22 points and 13.8 rebounds a game. He ranks second in the country with 22 double-doubles this season.
