DeMarco Murray

DeMarco Murray rushed for 125 yards and two touchdowns as the Sooners defeated the Longhorns, 28-20. Texas had a chance for a late comeback after Oklahoma QB Landry Jones fumbled deep in his own territory late in the fourth quarter, but the ball rolled out of bound and the Sooners maintained possession and the victory.

Sam Bradford

Sooner quarterback Sam Bradford, who was returning to action after an early-season shoulder injury, was knocked out of the game early after re-aggravating his shoulder. Landry Jones filled in and threw for 250 yards but the Longhorns, led by QB Colt McCoy, prevailed 16-13.

Jordan Shipley

In the highest scoring game ever played between these two schools, Texas outpaced Oklahoma, 45-35, in front of a crowd of 92,182 fans, the most ever for a Red River Rivalry game. Jordan Shipley led the Longhorns with 11 catches for 112 yards and a touchdown and a 96-yard kickoff return for a touchdown. The loss knocked the undefeated Sooners from the No. 1 ranking.

Malcolm Kelly

Oklahoma quarterback Sam Bradford completed 21-of-32 passes for 244 yards and three touchdowns in the Sooners' 28-21 victory. Bradford's biggest strike was a 35-yard, fourth-quarter scoring pass to Malcolm Kelly, capping a 96-yard drive and sealing the win.

Colt McCoy

Redshirt freshman Colt McCoy overcame a slow first half by tossing two third-quarter touchdown passes as the Longhorns turned a 10-7 halftime deficit into a 28-10 romp. Texas cornerback Aaron Ross came up with interceptions to end the Sooners' final two drives.

Vince Young

In the 100th meeting between the teams, Texas rolled to a 45-12 victory. The win snapped a five-game Sooners winning streak in the series and helped propel the Longhorns to the BCS Championship. Quarterback Vince Young led the offensive juggernaut, throwing for three touchdowns and racking up 45 yards on the ground.

Adrian Peterson

In just his fifth college game, Adrian Peterson ran for 225 yards as the second-ranked Sooners grinded out a 12-0 win over the No. 5 Longhorns. It was the first time Texas was shut out in 24 years -- a string of 281 games.

Jason White

On his way to the Heisman Trophy, Oklahoma quarterback Jason White threw four touchdown passes as the Sooners routed the Longhorns 65-13. Mark Clayton posted a school-record 190 yards receiving for Oklahoma, whose defense collected six turnovers in the most lopsided game in the series' history.

Quentin Griffin

The Sooners trailed by 11 in the second quarter but rallied for a 35-24 victory behind Quentin Griffin's 248 rushing yards and two touchdowns.

Chris Simms

Oklahoma forced four interceptions by Texas quarterback Chris Simms. The last interception came with 2:01 remaining in the fourth quarter when Sooners safety Roy Williams hit Simms as he released the ball. Linebacker Teddy Lehman picked off the fluttering pass and walked into the end zone, sealing a 14-3 Oklahoma victory.

Quentin Griffin

Sooner running back Quentin Griffin (with ball) tied an NCAA record by notching six rushing touchdowns. Oklahoma scored the first 42 points en route to a 63-14 thrashing of the Longhorns.
