Max Browne

Browne is already being compared to Peyton Manning by some analysts, and he could feasibly contend for USC's starting spot in 2013. The Sammamish, Wash., native stands at 6-foot-5 and has the look of a seasoned pocket passer.

Christian Hackenberg

Long considered one of the crown jewels of this year's recruiting class, Hackenberg is a big, physical presence who is also mobile enough to break off a long run. The Penn State pledge resisted the overtures of numerous schools and threw for 2,144 yards and 24 touchdowns as a senior at Fork Union Military Academy.

Troy Williams

The Huskies commit led a high-flying attack at Narbonne High in Harbor City, Calif., as he accumulated 44 touchdowns (35 passing, nine rushing) over 13 wins this season. Williams is eerily reminiscent of another dual-threat quarterback Washington recruited out of the Trinity League a few years ago: Keith Price.

Hayden Rettig

The LSU pledge tossed 40 touchdown passes in 10 games for Cathedral High in Los Angeles in 2012. He drew rave reviews at the U.S. Army All-American Bowl in San Antonio.

Shane Morris

Morris' stock dropped a bit after he lost part of his senior season to mononucleosis, but the Wolverines commit has Brady Hoke and company excited about his arrival in Ann Arbor. Now that Morris will pair up with five-star running back Derrick Green -- who pledged to Michigan on Jan. 26 -- the Warren, Mich., native could be poised to lead the Wolverines back among the nation's elite.

Jeremy Johnson

The 6-6, 215-pound Montgomery, Ala., star could contend for Auburn's starting job right out of the gate. In addition to winning Alabama's Mr. Football award, Johnson threw the game-winning 34-yard touchdown pass to James Quick in the U.S. Army All-American Bowl.

Anu Solomon

Solomon's career numbers speak for themselves: He passed for more than 10,000 yards and 138 touchdowns to just 17 interceptions in high school. After winning four state titles at Bishop Gorman, he could challenge for Arizona's starting gig in 2013.

Ryan Burns

The Ashburn, Va., product broke Stone Bridge High's record for touchdowns in a single game and threw for more than 2,300 yards this season. He'll join a talented, albeit crowded, group of quarterbacks on Stanford's depth chart.

Malik Zaire

The Fighting Irish early enrollee will look to impress Brian Kelly and staff during spring practice. While it'll probably be difficult to wrestle the starting job from Everett Golson, Zaire arrives as a first-team All-Ohio selection.

Cody Thomas

The Colleyville, Texas, native is projected as a high-round pick in this spring's MLB draft, but he's a star on the gridiron as well. He threw for more than 4,000 yards and 46 touchdowns as a senior and is currently committed to Oklahoma.
