Chances are if you have watched an NCAA tournament game this year you have tweeted, posted, tagged, pinned or liked something on social media. This year's tournament has given us plenty to talk about with an Aaron Craft buzzer-beater, busted brackets and finally a TRUE Cinderella story in Florida Gulf Coast. But while the nation may be go crazy over Dunk City, the Eagles are not even the most talked about school on social media.

According to the below Infographic from Viralheat, Miami edged out FGCU with the most social mentions at 312,547. And if social media has any say -- Kansas, Indiana, Duke and FGCU will make the Final Four in Atlanta. Too bad this scenario is impossible as FGCU and Kansas are both in the South region of the bracket.

Here are some other interesting social stats around March Madness:

  • KU vs UNC was the most mentioned game on social media with 257,681 mentions
  • Wichita State is the school with the most positive social media sentiment
  • Syracuse is the school with the most negative social media sentiment
  • Michigan State is the least talked about school on social media
