BYU head coach Dave Rose underwent surgery on Monday to remove "cancerous spots" that were found during his latest cancer screening, the school announced.
"The surgery went well," Dr. Courtney Scaife of Huntsman Cancer Hospital said in a release from the school. "I expect him to make a full recovery."
