Texas A&M quarterback Kenny Hill was arrested early Friday morning and charged with public intoxication, The Eagle in College Station reports.

Hill, a sophomore, was arrested just before 3 a.m. outside of Chimy's bar in nearby Northgate. According to the report:

Hill was passed out in a planter full of rocks and plants in front of the restaurant-bar when officers arrived, police said in the arrest report.

When asked who the current president of the United States was, Hill reportedly answered “Bush” and told officers his name was “Kennedy,” authorities said.

Hill posted bail and was released.
