Ohio State quarterback Braxton Miller says he will be a full go when the Buckeyes open the season Aug. 30 against Navy in Baltimore.

Miller had offseason shoulder surgery for an injury he sustained in last season's 40-35 Orange Bowl loss to Clemson.

"I feel good today, I'm just restin' up," Miller said, via Fox Sports.com. "Tomorrow I'll get back to where I need to be. I'm 100 percent right now."

Miller completed a career-high 63.5 percent of his passes for 2,094 yards and 24 touchdowns in 2013 and ran for 1,068 yards and 12 more scores. He is expected to be a Heisman Trophy contender this season.

Miller said he plans to run less and let other playmakers on the team showcase their skills.

"I'm gonna get a chance to throw it around to a lot of different guys this year," Miller said. "I'm very blessed to have that opportunity this year and it's gonna be fun as soon as we step out on that field."
