LSU Tigers 2014 schedule
The LSU Tigers finished last season 10-3 overall and 5-3 in the SEC, putting them in third place in the SEC West. LSU loses quarterback Zach Mettenberger and multiple early NFL draft entries from last season's team, but the Tigers are still ranked No. 14 in SI's preseason top 25.
To replace Mettenberger, LSU will turn to either sophomore Anthony Jennings or freshman Brandon Harris. Freshman phenom Leonard Fournette should make a big impact despite his youth. On defense, sophomore cornerback Tre’Davious White, who appears on the second team of SI.com's preseason All-America selections, could take a big leap forward this season.
