Michigan to play home-and-home against Washington in 2020-21
Michiganhas agreed to a home-and-home series with Washington, the schools announced Wednesday.
The Wolverines will travel to play the Huskies on Sept. 5, 2020. Michigan will host Washington the next season on Sept. 18.

The two teams have played 12 times before, with Michigan holding the series edge 7-5. Four of those meetings have been in the Rose Bowl, with the Wolverines and Huskies splitting them 2-2. They last met in 2002, with Phillip Brabbs converting a field goal as time expired to give the Wolverines a dramatic 31-29 win.
Michigan, which went 7-6 last year, opens the 2014 season Aug. 30 against Appalachian State. Washington, which went 9-4, opens the season Aug. 30 at Hawaii.
The Wolverines also recently announced a home-and-home series against Oklahoma, to be played in 2025-26.
